I had my printed voucher and they would not honor it at the airport, I was told I had to ride the free shuttle provided with my resort. I could not get a refund and I never used their services. We used a taxi service outside of the airport for more than half the price, very safe and didn't have to deal with the rude customer service. Called the Viator help number and was told I do not have a transfer, what a scam.”
